How to Join RESBC

If you are a retiree (or a spouse of a deceased retiree) of Santa Barbara County, you can join RESBC by completing a RESBC Membership/Deduction Authorization form. At the time of your retirement conference at SBCERS, your Retirement Representative will inquire as to whether you wish to join RESBC.

Alternatively, you may join RESBC at any time after retirement by completing the membership form. The form is available from SBCERS, 130 Robin Hill Road, Goleta, CA 93117, (805) 568-2940, or 2236 S. Broadway, Santa Maria, CA 93454, (805) 739-8667.
